My name is Chris Briggs and I am based in the North West, UK.

I have worked in Quality for seven years. One of the things that I love about the community is that it is filled with passionate, vibrant people who are keen to share their knowledge and their experiences to help support and develop others.

This blog is my contribution to the quality community that I have enjoyed being a part of over the last few years.
