The Why

This blog is an outlet for me to share my thoughts, learnings, and observations as I learn, and experiment within the Quality space. Having recognised how much value I get from reading, and hearing the journeys that others have been on, I have thought to myself, ‘Maybe I could do that too? Maybe I can contribute to and give something back to the online community…‘

This is my first attempt to fulfil that promise.

As I try new things in my role as a Senior Test Engineer, as I read thought-provoking books and articles, as I attend engaging meetups and conferences, I’ll be sharing my thoughts and observations along the way.

The Name

Since I inhabit the Quality space, I invariably apply that lens to every app, website, form, foodstuff, house etc that I encounter. When I do so within earshot of my wife the guaranteed response is now:

‘…testers always be testing…’

So there was only one choice for what I should name this blog.
